WELCOME
Designing CSS Web Pages, a Web development book published by New Riders

language of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) always seemed to be knee-deep in geek
speak that produced only superficial design enhancements to Web pages. 

CSS was merely discussed in theory or simply used to reinvent HTML-based hacks.
Until now, there wasn't a clear resource on how CSS could help to create
outstanding, unique, and holistic Web page designs.
